Manufacturing Features

CNC FULLY GROUND, tolerance controlled at. 005-. 001mm
Made from Tungsten Carbide K20 Micrograin( hardness>90HRC). Solid up to 6mm;
With steel shank welded to the burr startin from 8mm.
Size of the sha 6*40mm or 6*100mm(Long Serious).
Nine different cut are availiable( Standard Single, Fine Single, Coarse cutter, Chip Breaker, Double-Cut(Cross) Coarse Double-cut, Fine Double-Cut, Diamond Cut, Non-Ferrous-Aluminium Cut).
All the burrs are availiable also with a Titanium Nitride coating(Tin), that makes them tougher reduces surface friction or with Titanium Nitride and Aluminium coating( TiALN), that makes the burrs frictionless and prevents binding.
We recommend to careful choose the cut of the burrs, according to the material to be worked.

INTRODUCTION TO TUNGSTEN CARBIDE ROTARY BURRS

Rotary Burrs also called debur is a grinding tools used by Pneumatic or electric Grinder. 
Usages: 
For milling, deburring, break edges, trim process welding seams, and surface processing. 
Applications:
For High-alloy steels, non-rusting steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels, diecasis, roughing
Steels stainless steel, aluminium, light alloys, non-ferrous metals brass, copper, zinc, diecasts and plastics. 


Double Standard  cut is a General purpose Tool designed for Cast iron, copper,Brass and other ferrous materials.It will give good Material removal.And good work Piece finishes.Fine cut improves finishes on hardened steel, stainless steel and cast iron.Operator control is improved.
Coarse cut is recommended for use on soft material such as copper, brass,aluminum, plastics and rubber where chip loading is a problem.
Chip breaker cut will reduce sliver size and improve operator control at a slightly reduced surface finish.
Standard double cut allows for rapid stock removal and better operator control.
Chip size is reduced and tool speed can be slower than normal speeds.

Coarse double cut is for fast stock removal in soft materials.
Allows good operator control and produces small chips.

Fine double cut is very effective on heat treated and tough alloy steels.
Chip size is reduced and it offers good operator control.

Aluminium cut is for use on non-ferrous and non-metallic materials.
It is designed for rapid stock removal with Minimum chip loading.

DIAMOND CUT is very effective on heat treated and tough alloy Steels.
It produces very small chips and good operator control. Surface finish and tool life is reduced.
